My aim is to help people who suffer from chronic stress and pain, find tools to help reconnect to their body. This can be caused by chronic illness, stress and/or poor posture, and often illness can negatively impact posture and stress, thus perpetuating the cycle. I hope to provide you with tools like therapeutic yoga, qigong, somatic movement and manual therapy, in order to make lasting changes in movement and posture, in order to reduce pain and stress.

I’m currently based in the south of the Netherlands (near Maastricht)

 

Please note that I am currently taking a break from teaching and private sessions, in order to focus on creating a mind/body program designed for people living with chronic illnesses like IBD.
